1. Basic Information

To set up your speaker profile and session, you’ll simply fill out a short form with your details — things like your name, bio, headshot, session title, and confirmation of participation. It’s quick, straightforward, and designed to make you look amazing. Complete your Speaker Profile here.

2. Your Presentation

We want your session to shine and serve — here’s what to keep in mind when preparing your presentation:

• Your presentation should be pre-recorded and no longer than 22 minutes.
  
• Keep it conversational, friendly, and easy to follow. (We’ve created a Presentation Guide here to help you maximise impact.)
• Aim to provide practical strategies or insights attendees can apply right away.
  
• Avoid sales-heavy content; this isn’t a pitch.
  
  

📅 Submission Deadline

Please upload your final presentation video to this folder by Friday, 08 August 2025. This deadline ensures we have enough time to prepare and promote your session. 

3. Contribute to the Blueprint VIP Pass – and Grow Your Audience

The Blueprint VIP Pass gives attendees access to even more value beyond the daily presentations—and gives you the opportunity to turn visibility into lasting growth.

As a speaker, you're invited to contribute one high-value offer—something you’d typically charge for—to help make the VIP Pass truly irresistible. While optional, this is one of the most effective ways to connect with warm, engaged leads and build deeper relationships after the summit.

 You might choose to contribute:

• An eBook, workbook, or digital guide (include title and a short description)
• A short course or training (with access instructions)
• A one-month membership or access pass (include a link or QR code)

You’re welcome to use something you’ve already created or put together something new—it’s completely up to you. Feel free to provide an image or visual of your resource (optional but encouraged).

⚠️ Important details:

• Discount codes that require a purchase won’t be accepted
• Your offer must remain available and accessible for at least 30 days after the Summit ends.
• 📅 Please upload your VIP resource to this folder by Friday, 08 August 2025. This gives us time to feature it properly in the VIP bundle and maximise its impact.
  
  

4. Include a Lead Magnet (Required)

Every presentation will have a lead magnet—a freebie—displayed directly beneath the presentation video. This helps you grow your email list with warm, engaged leads.

Your lead magnet must be:

• Relevant to your presentation topic
• Helpful and actionable—something attendees can use straight away
• Free to access (no payment or purchase required)

Examples include:

• A checklist, cheat sheet, or workbook
• A template or swipe file
• A short training or video
• A free trial 

What we need from you:

• The title of your lead magnet
• A short 1–2 sentence description
• A link to access or opt in (as applicable)

If you’re unsure what to offer, we’re happy to help you come up with something that fits. This step is required for all speakers and is a powerful way to keep connecting with attendees beyond your presentation.

5. Promotion & Sharing

This summit is all about experts coming together—and the real magic happens when we all share it. The official promo period starts on 04 August, and I’ve made it super easy for you by providing swipe copies and graphics in the Resource Vault.

Here’s what’s expected:

• Send at least three emails to your list
  
• Post at least three times on your main social platform
  

The more you share, the more reach—and impact—we’ll create together.

6. Live Participation

Engaging in the Facebook group is a powerful way to build visibility, connect with attendees, and position yourself as a go-to expert. Share insights, answer questions, and help keep the momentum strong throughout the summit.

The summit Facebook group opens on Monday,18 August 2025 and will be the central space for conversation and connection.

Affiliate Commission Details

Summits are fantastic for visibility and making new connections — but who doesn’t love a little extra income?

The Blueprint VIP Pass affiliate program lets you earn commission on every VIP Pass sale that comes from the traffic you send to the summit. While the summit itself is free, the VIP Pass gives participants ongoing access to all presentations, exclusive speaker bonuses, extra live workshops, and more. 

Affiliate payouts will be made to your nominated account by 30 September 2025.

 Commission Structure:
– 20% for all speakers
– 30% for speakers who include a premium bonus in the Blueprint VIP Pass

Blueprint VIP Pass Pricing:
– $57 for the first 15 minutes after initial opt-in
– $87 before the summit start
– $107 from summit start until it ends
